We are Life Impact, Inc., a Christian non-profit based in Bend, Oregon. We address the problem of pastors and missionaries burning out and giving up. We create our homes into a place for personal retreat for pastors and missionaries. We have nine homes, mostly on the West Coast.

Our goal is to help limit attrition of people in ministry by strengthening individuals through personal retreat and dialoguing about current life experiences.

Pastors & missionaries invest finances and years in preparation for their place of service. When they leave the ministry prematurely, for preventable reasons, there is a tremendous loss to the Kingdom of God along with the emotional and psychological cost to the ministry leaders themselves and their places of ministry.
