I'm New to the Board... Where Do I Start?

God put it on my pastor's heart to make me chairman of the Pastor Appreciation Program. Where do I begin? This is new for me, and I believe in doing things descent and in Order.

ANSWER: I'm excited for your opportunity! I'm sure it's a little overwhelming but I think I have the place for you to start. I wrote an ebook that you can download that serves as a Pastor Appreciation Workbook. It guides you through the planning process and provides a number of resources you might need.
