The short answer to your question is, "Yes." There are actually quite a few pastor retreat centers which offer some type of pastoral counseling. However, when it comes to "counseling," you should be a little more specific about your needs. Do you want pastoral counseling from a minister or former pastor? Are you looking for a minister/former pastor who specializes in counseling? Or do you want a licensed counselor?

All of these options are available. The bad news is that, while finding pastor retreat centers is rather easy, it is somewhat difficult to find the exact one that will best suit your needs. You will need to do some investigating and make some contacts with some of the pastor retreat center owners/directors.

As far as I know, that list is the most complete on the internet. However, there are obviously pastor retreat centers or other types of pastoral counseling facilities that are not on the list. So it may not hurt to ask for recommendations when contacting some of the center directors on the list.
