Pastor's Self Care Mountain Retreat - Virginia

I take small groups of pastors to the Appalachian Trail North of Charlottesville, Virginia for three day get-aways.

We hike a little and sit and talk about the pastors need to understand "self care". We help them formulate plans to implement improved balance in their life - including how to establish and maintain a friendship with another Christian man for encouragement and accountability. We can tailor the event to specific days of the week.

I am a Christian mental health professional licensed in Virginia. I have over 40 years experience working with pastors and church leaders and their families.I have a pastor friend that co-leads the retreats with me.
