Sample Compensation Package

Thank you so much for the site. Great job and very good information.

I was wondering if you had a sample of a compensation package that include all the elements you listed as important to be included. Something that a compensation committee could uses as a starting point and then tailor for its own church and pastor.

ANSWER: That is a great idea. Unfortunately I hadn't thought of it before now. I don't have a sample, but I'll start working on one in the near future.
