WONDERFUL!!!

We had the privilege to stay at the Shepherd's Refuge a few months ago. This place is amazingly wonderful! The Metler's are such nice hosts. Mrs. Sandy even makes homemade bread, rolls, biscuits, cinnamon stickys and all kinds of wonderful food. We were invited each day to have lunch and supper if we wanted. As we entered their home there was such a loving spirit. They were able to talk with us if we wanted, which my husband did. I chose to read and enjoy the peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of pastoral life. There were birds singing, fruit trees growing and a fishing pond to enjoy. I am so thankful that that there are people out there who are ministering to those in ministry. How can you give if you are empty. Rutie and Sandi are there to pray and minister to you and your needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RETREAT!
